The starting point

The challenge

Samsung was launching an interactive display into an education market it had not actively served with content for years. The brand was missing from important searches, and its education audience needed a reason to re-engage.

The decisions

My approach

I built a full-funnel strategy around the questions educators were actually asking. Search-led explainers brought new readers in; product articles, classroom examples, and an assessment helped them connect the technology to student outcomes.

For the following launch, I expanded the program with educator partnerships, practical videos, roundtables, and school case studies. Classroom use cases were already generating strong interest, so the next phase made those experiences more visible.

I used engagement patterns to refine calls to action and the path to product information. When an executive byline experiment underperformed, we stopped it and redirected effort toward more useful formats.

From plan to published

The execution

The program connected SEO articles, a classroom technology assessment, infographics, how-to videos, professional development content, and customer stories. Collaboration with Samsung’s social agency and education influencers extended the work beyond the blog.
