Storage trends for the public sector (opens in a new tab)
A technical topic is presented through the needs of government organizations.
Article by Wylie Wong
Refreshing a dormant SSD content program around industry needs led to a 23% quarter-over-quarter increase in views.
The starting point
Samsung’s SSD content had become stale and the program needed renewed momentum. General product content needed a clearer connection to the industries and buyers it was meant to serve.
The decisions
I reframed the program around priority industries, connecting new products with the storage challenges each audience faced.
The plan combined new articles, customer stories, and white papers with updates to existing search content. Making those pieces more specific gave readers stronger reasons to continue toward product information.
We worked with social, PR, and email partners to extend the content’s reach, and connected relevant consumer partnerships with opportunities to build business interest.
From plan to published
Industry-specific explainers and visual content translated storage technology into practical concerns such as public-sector efficiency. Refreshed SEO articles and deeper assets supported different stages of the buying journey.
